Southern Hills Plantation is located a little north of Tampa. It is just far enough to offer that laid back lifestyle but close enough to enjoy the culture and shopping of Tampa. The amenities in Southern Hills provide resort style living. For example, there is a pool bar called “Sunnies” where you can meet up with friends for a drink and maybe a bite to eat. A fine dining restaurant upstairs of the pro shop makes this a very well rounded community. This continues throughout the community as it is evident that homeowners take pride in the maintenance of their own yards. The common areas throughout the community are landscaped and cared for just as one may expect in such a luxury golf course community.
The PEOPLE! – A community is only as good as the people within the neighborhood. The residence in Southern Hills Plantation are a special group. Very welcoming, the folks in this wonderful community seem to always strive to make everyone feel welcome. And… the STAFF. Whether you are having a drink at Sunnies, the poolside bar and snack bar, play a round of golf, or just cross paths with one of the maintenance crew, the staff of Southern Hills Plantation are always so helpful and pleasant. They do great work and seem to always have a welcoming smile on their faces.
