Perry Homes – Southern Hills Plantation
Perry Homes is a luxury builder in Southern Hills Plantation in Brooksville, Florida. They are newcomers to the neighborhood but have really made an impressive entrance with their 3368 floorplan model. The name of their models correspond with the square footage. The 3368 is a four bedroom / 5 bathroom layout with a dedicated office and game / flex room. The 15′ vaulted ceilings in the main living, dining, and kitchen with optional beam are a real showstopper and, in my opinion, the defining feature of the home. They offer floorplans in this neighborhood ranging from around 2,500 to 3,800 square foot meaning there is an option to fit anyone’s needs. Arthur Rutenberg – Southern Hills Plantation
Arthur Rutenberg (AR Homes) has building in Southern Hills Plantation for years. Another luxury home builder, AR offers floorplans from 2,600 to over 5,000 square feet and will allow you to customize any of their plans. Some of their models offer their signature “hidden pantry” which is always a great conversation piece. AR homes in Southern Hills always feature a modern and elegant design and the look of their homes has really become a cornerstone of the neighborhood. Being very familiar with their models and the lots they have to offer, I feel I can provide you with valuable guidance if you would like to go tour the Arthur Rutenberg model and quick move-in homes they have in the Southern Hills Plantation community. Terrata Homes – Southern Hills Plantation
Terrata Homes has been building in Southern Hills Plantation for several years now and offer great value for families not looking to make major custom changes to a floorplan design. Ranging from 2,500 to 3,500 square feet, Terrata floorplans are designed for comfort, convenience and style and include some surprising standard features for their price point. Depending on the model, included features include items like quartz countertops, 42″ upper cabinets, and crown molding adding real value. Terrata Homes has numerous move-in ready homes as well as various lots to choose from that they can build your new home on. Spire Homes – Southern Hills Plantation
Spire Homes in Southern Hills Plantation offers numerous models. They have both inventory homes and can build for you on one of their lots. Their Azalea floorplan has a butler’s pantry that catches everyone’s attention. It includes a sink and has room for a wine or beverage fridge. Spire Homes has floorplans ranging from 2,600 to 3,000 square feet. Some examples of included features of Spire homes are 42″ kitchen cabinets, quartz kitchen countertops, tankless water heater, and Trane Air Conditioner systems. Spire offers great value and has many nice lots within the Southern Hills Plantation community.
Vitale Homes – Southern Hills Plantation
Vitale Homes is relatively new builder in Southern Hills Plantation and has several floorplans to choose from. They offer homes with impressive design features ranging from 2,500 to 3,500 square feet. The feature that really catches my attention in the Vitale Homes is the size of the rooms. They have fewer rooms that some of the other builders but the size of the rooms in their homes is much larger. If you want to go look at the Vitale and other models and would like to have someone on your side, give me a call. Other Builders – Southern Hills Plantation
If we go look at all these builders and there available lots and you still haven’t found the right option we can pivot. I know of many lots available from private owners or investment groups. When my wife and I built our home in 2021 we found a lot that was not on the market but we really liked it. We were able to obtain the lot at a great price. We did the same thing for my wife’s sister who was also interested in building. We researched numerous builders, chose one, and had a very successful build for us and for my sister-in-law.
