Membership costs include an initiation fee and a monthly fee. As these fees change, I prefer not to publish them here. There are several builders that consistently build in the community and are preapproved by the architectural review board and are familiar with the building requirements. These Southern Hills builders are Arthur Rutenberg (AR Homes), Perry Homes, Terrata Homes, Spire Homes, Vitale Homes, Habri Builders, and Laielli Construction. There are numerous other builders that occasionally build here. Some of these are custom home builders, some allow limited changes, and others build tract homes.
