As you head down the hall towards the garage, you will see a convenient power room just before the stairs. This powder room, as with all of the bathrooms in the home, feature upgraded modern toilets, upgraded sinks and upgraded faucets. Beyond the stairs you have a huge under stair storage closets. Just beyond that is the door to the 2.5 car garage. In the garage you will find cabinets and countertops. If you are considering a townhouse in the Shores of Rivertown there are many things to consider. The extra garage space in this unit is only available in the end units that are known as “Lark” floorplan models. All other units only have a standard two car garage. The extra space is a real game changer if you are downsizing, enjoy projects or want to have a golf cart.
As you proceed up the stairs you will quickly notice the solid wood stair treads and railings… no carpet on the stairs! At the top of the stairs you enter the loft, currently set up as a comfy TV watching area. This space could easily serve as a game room, additional office or just a sitting room. These two rooms are the only rooms with carpet and they both feature upgraded padding for a plush, luxurious feel.
Off of the loft area you will also find the guest bathroom, which serves bedrooms two and three, and the upstairs laundry room. The guest bathroom also features all of the upgrades you would expect in a home of this caliber. Sinks, faucets, mirrors, toilet, flooring, and vanity were all upgraded. Lighting was upgraded by First Coast Lighting after closing. Bathroom features a walk-in shower with many upgrades… frameless glass, tile to ceiling and upgraded shower head and valve!
