Ok, for better or worse, Rivertown is not located in downtown between Walmart and the mall.  For some this is a deal breaker.  For many, this is exactly what we are looking for.  The ability to have a luxury home that sits right on the banks of the St Johns River in a quiet and serene setting is a dream.  The fact that it is within 30 minutes of everything you might need makes it even better!  

From Rivertown to Publix, Sprouts, Walgreens and similar is in the 10-15 minute range.  To get to a big box store like Walmart, Target, Home Depot or Lowes is approximately 20 minutes.  St Johns Town Center, which is home to mall type stores, furniture stores and many dining options is around 25 minutes from The Shores of Rivertown.  There are many closer dining options including Ember & Iron, Woodpecker’s BBQ, Outback Crab Shack, Julington Creek Fish House and many more.

Being close enough to Jacksonville and Saint Augustine allows to you explore cultural and historical venues.  St Augustine is the oldest city in the United States and is a great place to spend the day.  Museums, concerts and theater are readily available in Jacksonville, St Augustine and the surrounding suburbs.
