Customizing a golf cart is a very individual process.  What you add to your golf cart will depend greatly on what you do with your cart.  We will discuss accessories for all types of cart uses.  There is a big difference in a cart that will actually be used on the golf course for golf versus a cart that will be used at a hunting lease creeping through the woods.

If you hunt with your cart you may turn it into a hunting buggy.  This may include lifting the golf cart and adding oversized wheels and tires.  You may want to add a winch, some off-road LED lights, and maybe a rear seat that folds down into a utility bed.  You may go as far as adding and upgraded, higher amperage controller to give your golf cart more power / torque for getting through the trails, mud, or up and down hills.

If your cart is used for cruising around the neighborhood you may want to add a street legal light kit to your golf cart that includes a horn, turn signals, brake lights and high / low beam headlights.  You may want to add a rear seat that is covered with an extended length roof to keep your passengers out of the rain.  Maybe you add a high speed motor and some custom wheels and tires.

If you use your golf cart on the golf course you may want to add a cooler or a ball washer or…  both!  You can add a cell phone holder on your cart so that you can easily add that birdie to your digital scorecard before you add to the next tee box.  You may add a bluetooth speaker or a golf cart underseat storage tray that is perfect for carrying extra golf balls, tees, towels, or any other small golf accessories.
