Perry Homes Warranty
Most builders in Florida offer a 1 year Workmanship Warranty. Not Perry Homes… and other builders are taking notice. Perry Homes offers a two-year limited warranty on workmanship. This really provides peace of mine knowing they stand behind their product. Although only required to be 1 year in Florida, Perry Homes offers a ten-year structural warranty (limited). They offer these great warranties because of the steps they take during construction to ensure the quality of the build. In many respects Perry goes above and beyond what is required by local building codes.
Perry Homes Quality Assurance Measures in SHP
Extra inspection throughout construction are one of the ways that Perry Homes maintains the highest quality. They actually hire third party inspectors to come in prior to drywall, to ensure framing, rough plumbing & electrical, insulation and and all other items that will not longer visible are up to Perry’s standards. They bring in private inspectors in at the end to make sure final construction matches up to what Perry expects. All homes are engineered and built according to Florida’s building code and inspected to ensure compliance. Home energy efficiency is tested and inspected by a third party to ensure energy efficiency. This includes insulation, sealing and air tightness.
