Mud, sand, rocks, trail or the pavement…  what are you looking to tackle with the tires on your Jeep Wrangler?  When we started for looking for the perfect All Terrain tires to go on our lifted Jeep Wrangler we had several criteria in mind.  We, first off, were looking for 35X12.5 tires for 18″ wheels.  We went with 18″ wheels to add more sidewall so we would have a softer ride on the trail.  Second, we wanted a tire that was not noisy on the highway.  Lastly, we wanted tires that handle great on the highway but are capable off-road as well.  We considered several other tires but came back to, as we often have, the BFGoodrich A/T KO2 tires.  We have had BFG A/T tires on many Jeeps, pick-ups, and SUVs over the years and have never been disappointed.

There are many things that we like about this tire.  It rides great on the interstate and does pretty darn well off-road.  This tire uses a technology BFGoodrich calls CoreGard to make the sidewalls super tough which is comforting when trail riding in the Jeep.  The tread is designed to cleanout which prevents getting stuck due to tread being clogged.  Mud-Phobic Bars and locking 3-D Sipes mean they are right at home in the mud or in the snow (tires exceed RMA requirements for Severe Snow Traction).  As important to us as all of this is the radial 10-ply construction which gives them a very long life and ride smooth and stable on asphalt.  CLICK HERE to read about even more technology that goes into this amazing all terrain tire by BFG.  This tire gets great review with customers commenting about the smooth ride, noise free ride, and one stated that they are “Best on the Market Right Now.”
